The READY4 Grey Water Pit, a retention pit, acts as a buffer between the house and grey water treatment system, allowing grey water to be pumped slowly into the system. It has the capacity to hold up to 360L.

The action hair & lint filter catches any hair and lint particles from the incoming grey water ensuring the pumping of debris-free grey water to an adjacent Grey Water treatment system.

Supplied with the 100mm PVC pipe in full length, the pit can be installed at time of drainage installation allowing drains to run as normal. Upon installation of the grey water treatment system, the mid-section of pipe can be cut and removed to allow water to flow into the chamber and overflow to the sewer pipe.

READY4 Grey Water Pit is fitted with a 50mm electrical conduit connector allowing for easy installation of the pump*

Action Tanks Complas’ range of septic & grey water storage tanks provide superior waste-water management solutions for domestic households. They are designed and manufactured to requirements of Australian Standard AS/NZS 1546.1 - On-site domestic wastewater treatment units - Septic tanks.

Constructed from UV stabilised polyethylene (PE) in a one-piece rotational mould, this range of tanks is simple to install, requiring no heavy lifting equipment, and is more resistant to cracking as a result of differential ground movement than traditional concrete septic tanks. The unique flanged design eliminates the possibility of any hydrostatic lift of the tanks on sites where the water table is a consideration.

Septic tanks are fitted with an internal T-piece pipe that allows in inflow of waste-water and discharge outlet to absorption trenches etc, along with 100mm inlet/outlet portals, and a 550mm access cover.

Grey water / pump out pits have a 100mm inlet pipe, and a 550mm manhole cover for ease of cleanout & maintenance.
